I help you stop sabotaging yourself when the stakes are too high to screw it up

If procrastination is putting your reputation, income, or peace of mind on the line, we’ll uncover the patterns holding you back and get you moving again for good.

You wake up every day thinking, “Today will be different.”

But by the end of the day, the list is untouched. And the same sinking feeling settles in:

  • “Why can’t I just get it together?”
  • “What’s wrong with me?”
  • “How much longer can I keep living like this?”

The big dreams you once loved now feel buried under doubt, fear, and exhaustion.

The pressure's building, but instead of moving forward, you're stuck.

I know that feeling because I’ve been there too.

My Turning Point

A few years ago, I hit my own breaking point. My life felt like it was slipping through my fingers. Bills piling up. Stress kept me awake at night. Every time I looked in the mirror, I saw someone falling further behind.

Every day I stayed stuck, I was losing income, credibility, and the peace of mind I thought I'd never get back.

I was drowning in “shoulds.”

  • I should be doing better.
  • I should have figured this out by now.
  • I should be stronger than this.

But no matter how many to-do lists I made, nothing changed. The problem wasn’t that I wasn’t trying hard enough.

The problem was that procrastination wasn't the real issue. It was the smoke, not the fire.

I understand the real cost of procrastination.

Research on over 22,000 workers found that those who procrastinate more earned

$14,897 less annually back in 2010 -

Over $22,000 in today's money!

I've see first hand how it nearly derailed my own career before I learned how to overcome it.

Digging Deep and Facing My Fears

Beneath the surface, I was carrying fear - fear of failing, fear of not being good enough, fear it was already too late for me.

The one that hit hardest was the fear of failing if I tried. Because if I gave it my all and still came up short, it would prove what I’d been afraid of all along.

Jami Gibson, procrastination coach, helping professionals stop procrastinating and follow through on high-stakes goals.

I’m not sure where, when, or how your breakthrough will come when we work together, but I remember mine clearly.

It happened when I stopped blaming myself and started looking those fears in the eye. That's when I realized I wasn't the only one dealing with this.

There was nothing wrong with me. So many others were stuck in the same cycle. My story could actually make a difference for them.

That shift is what lit a fire to start helping others who were tired of putting things off and ready to find a way through.

How I Can Help

Procrastination isn’t laziness. It’s fear in disguise. Fear of failing. Fear of rejection. Fear of not being good enough.

You don’t need another productivity hack or another list of “helpful tips.”

You need to get to the real reason you keep stalling so you can stop spinning your wheels and start moving forward.

Here’s what we’ll do together:

  • Clarity: Spot the real reason you’re stuck so you can stop wasting time on the wrong fixes.
  • Confidence: Drown out the self-doubt that kills your follow-through.
  • Action: Take steps you can actually keep up with, so progress sticks.

You don’t have to fix this overnight. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’ve Been Where You Are — And I Know How to Get You Out

I didn’t set out to be a procrastination coach. I became one because I lived it. I know exactly how it feels when your reputation, income, and peace of mind are hanging by a thread, and you can’t seem to move.

I became a certified coach and trainer so I could help others break free from the same cycle I fought through. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients in one-on-one sessions, group programs, and workshops, helping them take control, rebuild trust in themselves, and finally follow through.

And I’d love to help you take that first step too.
